Norihiko Hirose established International Interface in 2000 and International Interface (U.S.) in 2003. As an international business consultant, he has played a central role in numerous strategic investment partnerships, technological surveys, marketing, business, and communications between Japanese and American firms.
 
Before becoming an independent consultant, Mr. Hirose was active in a wide range of roles as a systems engineer at NTT and NTT Docomo, in the fields of corporate planning, product planning, business startups, marketing, advertising, M&A, investment partner management, and overseas venture investment. He was a member of the early planning team for i-mode, Japan's mobile web platform, and was involved in the international standardization of the Internet specifications and W3C standards.

Mr. Hirose has spent over 10 years in the U.S. and has been a frequent guest speaker for leading American universities, companies, information and telecommunications industry associations, and venture capital organizations, including Stanford University, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC San Diego, Intel, ITAA, Accel Partners, and Doll Capital.

Naveed Khan served as President of Siemens Venture Capital where he oversaw operations from investments to business development prior to joining International Interface (U.S.) in 2003.

Mr. Khan oversees consulting services centered on Silicon Valley, bringing to the company his extensive connections in venture companies and venture capital, as well as his extensive experience as an external corporate director.

Yasutaka Nagai has specialized in new business development and marketing for over 10 years. After working in sales and quality process management at a cold forging parts manufacturer where he assumed responsibility for international services in charge of negotiations with various companies overseas, he later became engaged in developing new customers, project management, and services related to customer satisfaction at a listed company in communications, before joining International Interface.

Mr. Nagai has extensive knowledge of multicultural environments owing to his many years of  experience and residence in Brazil and other countries overseas.

After working as a financial advisor for clients at Ichijo Co., Ltd., she engaged in finance, accounting and recruiting at an IT-related system developer. She then worked in the logistics department of Mercedes-Benz Japan Co., Ltd., where she conducted inventory management and engaged in coordination with Daimler AG, the parent company in Germany, and dealer support, gaining work experience at a global company. She was then involved in supporting the acquisition of intellectual property rights in foreign countries and patent translation at a patent law firm.

Masamichi Kuge began his career in a equipment installation company, where he was responsible for managing construction work involving plumbing and air conditioning equipment. He then spent a year in Canada on a working holiday before returning to Japan and joining a shipping company, where he was in charge of sea cargo import and export operations along with managing the sea cargo itself. In 1997, he launched his own company, Crescent Trading, Inc. Using his past experience from his previous work and from his time abroad, the company specializes in providing purchasing proxy services for customers living overseas. It targeted a foreign clientele, shipping popular Japanese products overseas at a low cost. This service proved popular, creating a stable revenue base through its roughly 30,000 clients. At RE/MAX Interface, he focuses on acting as an intermediary, connecting overseas customers with Japanese real estate, primarily in the Kyushu area, from his business base in Fukuoka.

After graduating from an American university, Seiko Takano became involved in advertising creation at Recruit and went on to establish a wide-ranging career spanning various industries. She served as the faces of different companies as a salesperson in TEPCO Energy Partner, an advertising firm, an organic food manufacturer, and more, bringing in many new customers and contributing to the sales of the companies for which she worked. At JTB and the Nippon Travel Agency, she also leveraged her English language strengths to make travel arrangements for visitors to Japan. She also used her English language abilities at Ericsson, where she handled schedule management and business trip arrangements as the secretary of the company's Swedish general manager. She demonstrated an exceptional ability to build solid relationships of trust with others, both inside and outside the companies in which she worked.

Led by her powerful sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills, she is now serving as a bridge that connects customers and real estate.

Yuzuru Zobe's career began in an international business department of the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank Group, and ever since then, he has focused on international business (primarily in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, China, and Southeast Asia), working in multiple companies listed in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He has spent a total of seven years working overseas, in offices located in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and Bangkok, and his language abilities and business execution capabilities enable him to handle needs in every area of international business. He also has experience in managing multiple real estate properties as a real estate investor himself. He maintains a blog, which sprang from his own hobbies, and he uses this, along with his photography skills, to full effect in social media, engaging in sales activities focused exclusively on overseas investors. 

After graduating from university, Naotaka Naridomi joined Suntory Holdings, where he was responsible for marketing. Later, at Prudential Life Insurance, he worked in B2C sales, honing his marketing sense, gaining extensive customer service experience, and developing a strong sense of independence. He has built a unique personal network during his career. Since becoming an independent entrepreneur, he has engaged in a variety of business ventures, including development and operation of restaurants.

At REMAX Interface, he leverages his networking skill and initiative to handle a wide range of rental and sales properties, from commercial spaces to residential properties.

After graduating from university, Katsutoshi Moriyuki joined Sharp Corporation, where he utilized the English language skills he developed during his studies in Canada to drive the company's operations in Germany, Austria, and Singapore. Later, when he joined Sato Holdings, he was stationed in the Philippines, where he honed his networking and business skills while overcoming the challenges posed by the country's unique business practices and cultural differences.

As an expert in international business, armed with strong English proficiency, vitality, sociability, and a wide network, he actively engages in real estate transactions with a broad perspective that encompasses both domestic and international markets.

After graduating from university, Saori Koizumi spent 5 years working in jewelry and health food marketing before joining a labor and social security attorney’s office, where she gained experience in labor procedures and advisory services as well as expertise in labor issues and workstyles. In search for a freer and more independent workstyle herself, she opened her own office in 2017 with a firm belief that improved ease of work boosts business growth. As a certified expert in labor management in nursing care as well as a certified career consultant, she provides support to a wide range of clients with labor issues.

She also passed the Foreign Employment Management Supervisor Examination in 2023, and is currently learning Chinese as well as English.
